Breezy Point Timeshare is the collaborative effort of eleven individual
Timeshare Owner Associations. The Chalets, Pelican Pines, Breezy
Center, Pelican Bay, Pelican Greens, Pelican Woods, High Village, Point
Condo, Point Place, Pelican Shores and Marina Bay.
While our buildings themselves are not new, the units are continually
updated. Our updates include new kitchens, decks, hot tubs,
carpet, sofas, chairs, wallpaper and paint. Exterior updates are
also continuing. Breezy Point Timeshare has a no pet policy.
Pelican Center is the main office of Breezy Point Timeshare. With
the addition of our Front Desk, Pelican Center features a swimming pool
with water slide, kiddie pool with fountain, hot tub, sauna, gymnasium,
aerobic & strength training equipment, craft/activity area, lounge
area and tanning room. The Pelican Center also has computers with
Internet access, as well as wireless Internet. The center is open
year round for your use and enjoyment. Admission to this facility
is controlled and only accessible with proper identification. All
amenities previously available to you at Breezy Point will continue to
be available for your use.
